Look for the obvious first. Is the Kill switch on? Do the lights come on? Check your battery connections. Once I noticed my lights flickering at night. Turned out to be a loose negative battery cable. Check the kickstand safety switch. If you can put a voltmeter on the battery terminals. You should get at least 11 something on a non-running bike. Check your master fuse. It's under the seat on the right hand side if your sitting on the bike. Don't forget to post back to the list under a new message so that others may learn. Good luck.
